While we strive to ensure each item reaches you in perfect condition, we understand that in rare circumstances, returns or concerns may arise. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may seek a return, replacement, or refund for purchases made through our website.

Due to the handcrafted and energetically-sensitive nature of our products — especially those made with natural crystals and spiritual materials — we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to:

• Change of mind
   
• Personal preferences
   
• Sizing issues
   

We encourage you to thoroughly read product descriptions and care guides before making a purchase. For any doubts or clarifications, please contact us prior to placing your order.

However, in the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, we are committed to resolving the issue with grace, care, and fairness.

To qualify for a return, replacement, or refund, the following conditions must be met:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
   
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including all tags, box, and protective coverings).
   
• Clear photo or video evidence must be provided showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received.
   
• The item must be shipped back only after receiving written return approval from our team.
   

Note: Grit and Grace reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

We do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for:

• Minor imperfections or natural variances in color, texture, or crystal shape
  (Each piece is unique and handcrafted — such variations are natural and part of its authenticity.)
   
• Custom-made, personalized, or limited-edition pieces
   
• Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional events
   
• Mala beads, spiritual items, and sacred pieces once opened or worn
   
• Items returned without prior approval or outside the eligible window
   

If your item qualifies for return or replacement:

1. Email us at gritandgrace.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
    
2. Attach clear photographs or video evidence showing the concern.
    
3. Our team will respond within 2–4 business days with the next steps.
    
4. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
    
5. Customers are responsible for secure packaging of the return item.
   Grit and Grace is not liable for damage during return transit.
    

Once a return is approved and the item is received and inspected:

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method
   
• Allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
   

We may also offer:

• Full refund (e.g., for cancellations before dispatch)
   
• Partial refund (if the product value is partially affected)
   
• Store credit or gift card, based on mutual agreement
   

🚫 Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

• Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been processed or dispatched.
   
• Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
   

In the case of shipping delays or lost parcels:

• We will coordinate with our shipping partners to track or recover the order.
   
• If your order is declared lost, you will be eligible for a replacement or full refund.
   

Currently, returns and replacements are offered for domestic (India-based) orders only.

If you are purchasing from outside India, we recommend contacting us before placing your order for clarity on eligibility, shipping charges, and support.

Every product at Grit and Grace carries our intention, craftsmanship, and energy. While our policies are designed to ensure fairness and clarity, we also understand the emotional value of each piece.
