1. General Return Policy
- Due to the handcrafted and energetically-sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preferences
- Sizing issues
- We encourage you to read product descriptions and care guides carefully before purchasing.
- Exceptions: Items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from your order will be addressed with care and fairness.
2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
To qualify, the following must be met:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue
- Ship the item only after written approval from our team
Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns or replacements for:
- Minor imperfections or natural variances in color, texture, or crystal shape
- Custom-made, personalized, or limited-edition items
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items
- Mala beads, spiritual items, and sacred pieces once opened or worn
- Items returned without prior approval or outside the eligible window
4. Return Process
If your item qualifies:

- Attach clear photos or video evidence
- Our team responds within 2–4 business days with next steps
- If approved, return instructions and a shipping address will be provided
- Customers are responsible for secure packaging; Grit and Grace is not liable for damage during return transit
5. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued via the original payment method
- Allow 5–10 business days for processing
- Refund types may include:
- Full refund (e.g., cancellations before dispatch)
- Partial refund (if product value is partially affected)
- Store credit or gift card (mutual agreement)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours if not yet processed or dispatched
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- We will coordinate with our shipping partners to track or recover delayed/lost orders
- Lost orders are eligible for replacement or full refund
8. Domestic Orders Only
- Returns and replacements are offered for India-based orders only
