This Shipping Policy outlines the methods, timelines, and expectations for all orders placed through our official website.

Each Grit and Grace product is either handcrafted or prepared with intentional care before dispatch. Please allow:

• Standard Orders: 2–4 business days for processing
   
• Customized / Limited Edition Pieces: 5–7 business days
   

⏳ Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

We currently ship across India.

🌍 International shipping is coming soon.
If you're outside India and interested in our products, feel free to reach out — you'll be among the first to know once we expand globally.

We ship through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
   
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–6 business days
   
• Remote / Rural Areas: 6–9 business days
   

🚚 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.
 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

• A tracking number
   
• The courier name
   
• A link to track your shipment online
   

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at gritandgrace.in@gmail.com.

Please ensure all shipping details (address, pin code, contact number) are accurate when placing your order.

• Grit and Grace is not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
   
• If you need to correct an error, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order.
   

While we strive to deliver every order on time, certain situations may cause unavoidable delays, such as:

• Natural disasters or weather conditions
   
• Lockdowns, strikes, or transportation bans
   
• Courier service disruptions
   
• High-volume periods (e.g., festivals, promotional campaigns)
   

In all such cases, we will make every effort to keep you informed and updated.

Every Grit and Grace order is packaged with intentional care and aesthetic elegance, using:

• Custom boxes
   
• Protective layers
   
• Eco-conscious materials (where possible)
   

Our packaging preserves not just the physical integrity of your items, but also their energy and presentation.

If a package is marked as “Delivered” but not received:

• It is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the local courier service.
   
• Grit and Grace is not liable for packages marked as delivered but not physically received.
   

If a package is lost in transit (before delivery):

• We will offer a full replacement or refund, once the courier completes an official investigation.
   

We are actively working on launching international shipping.
