At Grit and Grace, we believe every order should reflect the same care, integrity, and beauty with which each piece is crafted. This Shipping Policy explains how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered across India.

• Standard Orders: 2–4 business days
   
• Customized / Limited Edition Pieces: 5–7 business days
  ⏳ Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
   

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

• We currently ship within India.
   
• Delivery to international locations is not available at this time.
   

We use trusted courier partners for safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
   
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–6 business days
   
• Remote / Rural Areas: 6–9 business days
   

🚚 Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or other unforeseen events.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

• Tracking number
   
• Courier name
   
• Link to track your shipment online
   

If tracking information is not received within 5 business days, please contact us.

• Ensure your address, pin code, and contact number are accurate when placing your order.
   
• Grit and Grace is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information.
   
• Errors can be corrected within 4 hours of placing your order by contacting us.
   

Delivery may be delayed due to:

• Natural disasters or severe weather
   
• Lockdowns, strikes, or transport restrictions
   
• Courier service disruptions
   
• High-volume periods (festivals, promotional events)
   

We will make every effort to keep you updated.

• Custom boxes and protective layers for every order
   
• Eco-conscious materials where possible
   
• Packaging preserves both the physical integrity and presentation of your products
   

• If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers should follow up with the courier service.
   
• Grit and Grace is not liable for packages marked delivered but not physically received.
   
• If a package is lost in transit, a replacement or refund will be offered after the courier investigation.
